The following are places I have entertained at starting in 1968.  I would be very surprised if any of these clubs still exist.  There are some cities I remember playing at, but can't think of the clubs, so I listed the cities and states and will add the clubs as I think of them.  I'm also sure that I have forgotten more places I've danced at then remembered.  After all, I traveled over a 15 year period.
